We manage your wedding day so you can relax and enjoy every moment. Our team runs your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, manages vendors, confirms details, and acts as the go-to contact on the day of your wedding day.

Our software Bridely.ai helps you plan everything; we focus on day-of coordination.

How does Bridely.ai work?

Bridely.ai is your free all-in-one tool for wedding website, rsvp, checklists, budgets, seating, floorplans, and vendor booking management.

When should I book you?

As soon as you know your date. Booking early lets us support you right away — reviewing contracts, catching “gotchas,” and steering you toward trusted vendors.

We built Bridely.ai to bring real planner expertise to your fingertips, and when you book with us, our focus is making sure you have the right team and stress-free decisions from day one.

Do you handle emergencies onsite?

Yes, we’re there to solve any last-minute issues smoothly and discreetly. We coordinate with all the vendors on the day of your wedding.

Can I customize your coordination services?

Our focus is Day-of Coordination, but we tailor our approach to fit your unique wedding needs. We also offer optional add-on services — like DIY set-up and after-party clean-up — for an additional fee.

Do you set up décor, or is that up to us?

Yes! For a $300 flat fee, we’ll handle setting up tables, table settings, and decorations. This also includes packing everything back up at the end of the night, so your items are ready to take home.

Are there any limitations to your setup?

Yes — for safety reasons, we do not climb ladders or trees. All décor setup is done from the ground.

How many coordinators will be on-site?

Our standard team includes 1 Planner and 1 Coordinator. For weddings with more than 150 guests, we add an extra coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can you recommend trusted vendors?

Yes! We’ve been in the wedding industry since 2000 and have worked with many vendors and venues. We only recommend those we trust and know will deliver exceptional results.

Payments & Policies

All details regarding deposits, payment schedules, cancellations, and refunds are outlined in your contract.

Do you set up vendor rentals or vendor-provided items?

No. Each vendor is responsible for their own setup and fulfilling the obligations outlined in their contract.
